CAR NOT ESSENTIAL-Villa Stephanie is ideally situated only a few minutes stroll from the centre of Coral Bay which remains a relatively laid back resort with a number of shops, bars, tavernas and international restaurants. It also boasts one of the best beaches in Cyprus. The villa is perched on the hill overlooking the sea and behind are views of the dramatic mountains dotted here and there with citrus groves and vineyards. If you are looking for a superior villa in a quiet area and yet want to be near enough to stroll to the beach or visit tavernas in the evening then Villa Stephanie would be the ideal villa for you. Coral Bay is one of the most established tourist hotspots in Cyprus, and this villa is but a short walk away from all of the areas main restaurants, bars, cafés and beaches.
The inside of the villa is spacious, more so than the average villa in Cyprus making it an ideal option for a summer family or group holiday. The villa boasts its own olive grove and fruit orchard to the side of the property.
The entrance hallway leads into the dining and living areas which for an open plan arrangement. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, it is one of the largest kitchens on our portfolio complete with its own dining area.
The bedrooms are very large, well furnished and enjoy access to the orchard side of the garden. The pool side of the villa can be accessed from the living and dining rooms, the side of the villa facing the pool featuring a large shaded balcony as seen in the photo album.
There is also a shaded gazebo and built in BBQ for your enjoyment. The garden surrounding the pool area is lawned with palm trees, a perfect location for the warm summer days. This villa is highly recommended!

ST.GEORGE church; baths of Aphrodite;Tombs of the Kings;Historical park in Kato Paphos and Paphos castle. Or why not try the Agios Neophytos monastery.
Coral bay village set 11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the north of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.
Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops. For casual alfresco meals, a couple of bars/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay are open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away. A perfect location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do and a European Blue Flag beach. This is also an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.
