Interior
The key theme with this villa is space, there is an abundance of it. The large entrance hallway adjoins the living and dining areas which both have sliding door access out to the stunning private pool area.
The kitchen is open plan , it is kitted with all modcons for your comfort and enjoyment.
The lower level has 2 large bedrooms, each with direct access into the garden, a shared bathroom and guest wc.
The upper level features 4 additional bedrooms, 2 of which face the Coral Bay and Kissonerga Bay areas. They also have the benefit of a sea facing balcony which also overlooks the pool and front garden. All the bedrooms enjoy ample cupboard space as well as space for cots should they be required.
The 2 remaining bedrooms also enjoy views of the Peyia mountains.
Exterior
The garden is exceptionally large, it is also private and boasts a thick lawn, perfect for the youngsters to run around on. The pool area is comprised of the 5 by 10m swimming pool, a built in BBQ and shaded reclining area and patio.
The villa is a stone’s throw away from the Coral Bay strip with all its bars and restaurants. The end of the strip marks the beginning of the Coral Bay beach.
A free welcome pack is available on arrival,baby cot and high chair is also available, For your information we are always waiting for our clients on arrival at our family office in coral bay and we escort them to our villa,car rental can be arranged on request at extra cost available on arrival at the airport or at the villa, Airport transfers can be arranged also at extra cost.

ST.GEORGE church; baths of Aphrodite;Tombs of the Kings;Historical park in Kato Paphos and Paphos castle. Or why not try the Agios Neophytos monastery.
Coral bay village set 11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the north of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze, the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely and, in the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, wetbikes and windsurfing.
Close by the Bay you will find four large hotels, banks, minimarkets for provisions and souvenirs, bars, restaurants and other shops. For casual alfresco meals, a couple of bars/snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay are open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are a short drive away. A perfect location for a casual seaside holiday with plenty to do and a European Blue Flag beach. This is also an excellent base for touring the Paphos area, with all it has to offer.
