Q: is your rental policy per week?
A: yes we rent our villas for one or two weeks period or more. |

Q: is deposit required?
A: yes a 30% non refundable deposit is required.balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. |

Q: check in check out times please?
A: check in time is any time after 14.00 pm and check out time 12.00 midday.But if we dont have arrival on your departure day of course you can stay longer. |

A: For some of our villas car is not essential it depends of the location of the villa booked. |
