All  confirmed  bookings for  villa  holidays  is  agreement  with SKYWARDS  TRAVEL AND  TOURS LTD.

travel insurance
Strongly reccommended.

Liability:
we do our best for the accuracy of all information provited ,quality and facilities of our villas.

Payments: can be made by visa or a mastercard provited yo let us have your signed authorization,you can also pay by bank transfer.Once the booking is made a 30% deposit is required , the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

please  note  that  payments  are  not  refundable.

If you wish to cancel your booking this must be done in writing to us by the person who signed the booking form. If you cancel more than 10 weeks prior to the departure date you will lose all the deposit paid. If you cancel less than 8 weeks  prior to departure  100% cancellation charges apply. If we need to cancel or make major changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and a refund will be made .

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of holidays in this brochure/website at any time, however, the price of the villa rental is guaranteed and will not be subject to any price increase once confirmed.

If in the event you are traveling within 8 weeks prior to departure, full payment must be made. Once we have received the payment from you, your booking will become confirmed. We will then send you confirmation in writing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Compensation arrangements do not apply to circumstances beyond our control. We can cancel your holiday in the following circumstances: war, threat of war, riots, civil strikes or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions and similar events beyond our control. In such circumstances, no refunds will be given.  TRAVEL  INSURANCE  STRONGLY RECCOMMENDED.

If we are informed that construction work is to take place within the immediate vicinity of your chosen villa and we feel that this could cause disturbance and spoil the enjoyment of the villa and its amenities we will do our utmost to inform you before travel. We will offer you an alternative villa (subject to availability) or a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
The villa will be available from 3pm.on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We regret that we are unable to offer an earlier check in or later check out time.

Air conditioning / heating is payable locally on arrival at  5 EURO  per bedroom per day if required.

breakages:
Althought our policy is not to get any security deposit for breakages , damages,the customers are responsible and should report any incident to the villa owner which has the right to claim compensation.

a/condition:
Air conditioning is optional , payable locally at the cost shown into the villa page.

Complaints:
.IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR VILLA OR YOUR HIRED CAR PLEASE REPORT THAT IMMEDIATELY TO US TO TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION TO PUT THINGS RIGHT ,OUR POLICY IS TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM IMMIDIATELY, YOU SHOULD REPORT YOUR COMPLAIN DURING YOUR STAY IN OUR VILLAS NOT AFTER THE END OF YOUR HOLIDAYS,OUR MAIN AIM IS TO HAVE ONLY SATISFIED CLIENTS.

FLIGHT DETAILS:
Please let us have your flight details at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

IF  WE  NOTICE   AT  ANY  TIME  BEFORE  YOUR  ARRIVAL THAT  THERE  IS  ANY  PROPLEM  WITH  THE  VILLA BOOKED WHICH  WILL SPOIL  YOUR HOLIDAYS  WE  KEEP  THE  RIGHT  TO  OFFER  YOU AN  ALTERNATIVE  VILLA

OR  TO  OFFER  YOU  A FULL  REFUND  BACK  .
